Trevose Head, Cornwall, UK

May 6, 2015

Tonight, I thought to visit Trevose Head. I went with the intention of getting some long exposures of the cliffs with the lighthouse in the background like I have done before. It was extremely windy so I struggled with camera shake even with my tripod. There was also a lot of sea spray blowing up the cliff so I had to tackle that to. Instead, I thought I could get a large panorama with the sun set in the background. To create the panorama, I used Lightroom's new photomerge feature... And I loved it!

I also thought that people might enjoy a short video that shows the location and the conditions. I used my phone to capture the short clips and you can see the result below. I'd like to hear what you think about this idea and what you think of the panorama style photos. This panorama is made up of 8 individual photos - meaning I could probably print it 8x the size I could a single photo!
